Perla Village Kemikler

Our project is located on a 2,265 m² area in the Kemikler Neighborhood of Milas District, Mugla Province.

The land, consisting of two separate parcels, was purchased by Atamert Construction in 2016.

Official zoning documents have been obtained, and the projects have been submitted for preliminary approval. The architectural design of our project, which consists of 4 villas, has been carried out by Bodrum Mimarlik.

Standing out with its proximity to the airport, which is only 5 km away, Kemikler Neighborhood is home to many artists who prefer to live in nature and settle in Bodrum.
