Our project is located in the Gökçebel neighborhood of Bodrum district in Muğla province, covering an area of 1,004 m². Designed architecturally by Bodrum Architecture, our project consists of two luxurious villas with nature views and pools. The Perla Twins Project, designed as 6+1, has a gross usable area of 410 m². Positioned parallel to Yalıkavak Tilkicik Bay, our project stands out with its unique location and distinctive design.

The project is situated 200 meters from the beach, 500 meters from the Migros shopping center, and 500 meters from the Bodrum Edition Hotel. It has been designed for year-round occupancy, featuring VRV climate control and underfloor heating systems.
