PERLA SUITES

Our project is located in Yakut Street, within the Gumsan1 Site, a residential area consisting of 600 houses in Gumusluk Neighborhood, Bodrum district, Mugla province. The 4,000 m² project land was purchased by Atamert Construction in 2015.

Designed by the internationally award-winning SO Architecture, our project consists of 20 apartments distributed across 10 blocks. Situated 300 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the Migros shopping center, and 200 meters from the main road, our project is designed for year-round living.

With sea-view apartments and garden-level apartments providing pleasant living spaces, our project is monitored by 24/7 security cameras.

Additionally, a service facility has been built to accommodate the site staff.
