Atamerter Residences – Buyukcekmece

Our project is located in Beykent Neighborhood, Buyukcekmece district of Istanbul, on a 2,500 m² land area, and consists of 2 blocks. The Atamerter Residences project offers a total of 30 apartments with options of 2+1 and 4+2 duplexes. Most of the apartments in our project have sea views, and the site is monitored by 24/7 security cameras with private security ensuring site safety.

Designed with modern architecture and top-notch craftsmanship, our project features a swimming pool, children’s playground, social activity area, and access from the underground parking directly to the blocks. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a built-in kitchen set, and the building is supplied with generator power up to the apartment interiors.
